A Mala is a necklace that has been used for meditation and prayer for thousands of years. It can support you on your spiritual path and help you manifest your goals. A Mala can not only accompany you during meditation, but can also be a wonderful and positive support in everyday life. It usually consists of 108 beads. In addition, each mala has a so-called "Guru bead". This "extra bead" is slightly larger than the other beads and marks the starting and ending point of the meditation. The tassel at the end of each mala unites all the threads and bundles the energy. It reminds us that everything is connected.

The Spirit of OM Malas come to you in a small bag made of organic cotton. The bags are made from leftover Spirit of OM Malas textile products so that all resources are used and utilised. The fabric of the pouch has been infused with micro-fine rose quartz or tourmaline gemstone, depending on which of the products the material comes from.
